Sign your waiverEvery player signs one before they play. It takes about a minute, you can do it at home or at the front desk, and it saves your group standing around in the lobby.

Signing opens bondswaiver.com, the form our locations use. Nothing to print, nothing to bring.
What you are signing
Bond's Escape Room operates room escape adventures, and taking part in one can result in injury. By signing, the participant releases and agrees not to sue Bond's Escape Room, its officers, members, promoters, owners, employees, contractors or business partners for any liability, injury, illness or other claim arising from an event run by Bond's Escape Room.
That release is made on behalf of the participant and their personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, and it covers claims, damages and injuries of any kind, present and future.
Photos and video
The waiver also gives Bond's the right to any photos, video or sound recorded during the event, and those materials may be used for marketing. That is how the winners' photos end up on our social accounts. If you would rather not appear in any of it, raise it with the front desk before you play.
Players under 18
Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign for them, so bring whoever that is — or have them sign before the group arrives.
Tickets
The waiver also states that entrance fees are non-refundable once purchased. If your plans change, call the location as early as you can.
Waiver questions
The ones we hear most at the front desk.
Who has to sign?
Every player, one waiver each. Nobody plays without one.
Can we sign when we arrive?
Yes — you can sign at the front desk. Doing it beforehand just means your group walks straight into the briefing instead of filling in forms in the lobby.
My child is playing — what do I do?
A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18.
Not sure whether mine is already on file?
Sign again. It takes about a minute and a duplicate causes no trouble.
What does it say about photos?
It gives Bond's the right to use photos, video and sound recorded during your game for marketing. If that is a concern, raise it with the front desk before you play.
